Powder coating technician • Steele County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Steele County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
