Halal butcher wanted in Shiroro

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Shiroro, Niger State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
