Container truck driver — Barton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a container truck driver in Barton County, Kansas. You will work on long-haul routes across the country. Day to day you will check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops. You should have: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
