Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
