Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Pershing County, Nevada. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor The role involves: • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces 6+ years on the tools preferred.
