Garment presser wanted in Carver County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in Carver County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Day to day you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; give each garment a final press before packing; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts.
