Join our team: head butcher (Katsina State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Kafur, Katsina State. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
