Confectioner • Isoko South, Delta State

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Isoko South, Delta State. You will be based in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
