Now hiring: we are hiring a decorator in Birbhum, West Bengal. You will be based on a residential building site. Ideally you have comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding; able to mix and colour-match paints accurately; skilled with brush, roller and spray application. On a typical shift you will work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; sand and fill walls before applying primer. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₹750 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
