Now hiring: we are hiring a halal butcher in Toombs County, Georgia. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
