Restaurant steward • Elbert County, Georgia

Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Elbert County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
