Garden maintenance worker • Shelby County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Shelby County, Texas. You will be based at a private estate garden. You should have: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Your main tasks: • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Full-time with occasional weekends.
