Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time, day shift.
