Trainee butcher • Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
