Tandoor cook — Oconee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Oconee County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
