Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Ahoada East, Rivers State. You will work at a busy bakery. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
