Join our team: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Ector County, Texas. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. Ideal candidate: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On the job you will handle: • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Performance bonus on top of base pay.
