Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
