Rough terrain crane operator • Coos County, Oregon

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Coos County, Oregon. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
