Formwork carpenter • Zango, Katsina State

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Zango, Katsina State. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. On a typical shift you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level 3+ years on the tools preferred.
