Dough maker — Ngor-Okpala

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Ngor-Okpala, Imo State. The job is at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
