Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kabba/Bunu, Kogi State. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Pay around ₦11,500 per day, based on your experience.
