Join our team: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Floyd County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Own brushes and basic hand tools Rotating shifts.
