Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Wayne County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
