Heavy equipment operator — Miami-Dade County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing The role involves excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
