Vacancy available: powder coating operator (Zamfara State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Zurmi, Zamfara State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
