Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Danja, Katsina State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
