Commis chef wanted in Mbo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Mbo, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
