Kitchen cook wanted in Shira

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Shira, Bauchi State. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
