Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Patrick County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
