Urgent requirement: head baker (Osun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Orolu, Osun State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₦250,000 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
