Great opportunity: bakery assistant (Jigawa State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Kaugama, Jigawa State. The job is at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
