Dough maker wanted in Logan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Logan County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
