Immediate opening: oven operator (Nebraska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Cass County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
