We are recruiting: shuttering carpenter (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Weakley County, Tennessee. Day to day you will erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions. What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
