Plastering hand — Gwarzo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plastering hand in Gwarzo, Kano State. The job is on a busy domestic building site. Day-to-day duties: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush You should have: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Six days a week, one day off.
