Crawler crane operator wanted in DeWitt County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in DeWitt County, Illinois. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On the job you will handle: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Full-time, day shift.
