Head baker wanted in Webster County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Webster County, Iowa. You will be based at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
