Now hiring: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Dodge County, Nebraska. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. The role involves: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency Requirements: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Full-time with occasional weekends.
