Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in McLean County, Kentucky. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 2+ years on the tools preferred.
