Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Butler County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
