We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Basti, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. We are looking for familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems; ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts. Rotating shifts.
