Line cook • Gagarawa, Jigawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Gagarawa, Jigawa State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
