Formwork carpenter — Bama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Bama, Borno State. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
