Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Ibarapa Central, Oyo State. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
