Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ijumu, Kogi State. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate ₦900 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
