On the job you will handle: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
