Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Ohaji/Egbema, Imo State. The job is at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
