Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Kane County, Utah. You will be based at a halal meat counter. The role involves season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
