Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Fayette County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 1+ years on the tools preferred.
